Who can use DSGNher

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One person per account. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

What DSGNher is, and isn’t

DSGNher helps you estimate what the life you want costs, explore careers and plan your next steps. Figures such as your Lifestyle Number, taxes, rents and pay ranges are estimates based on public data (for example HUD rents and Bureau of Labor Statistics wages) and simplified assumptions. They may be out of date or not fit your situation.

DSGNher is education, not financial, tax, legal, career or investment advice. Members share personal experience, not professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making important decisions. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email current so we can reach you. You can change your password at any time and delete your account from the Me page. When you delete your account, we delete your plans, profile and messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

Membership and payments

Your plan, Lifestyle Number, budget, roadmap and career matches are free. Membership adds pods, career chats and messages, scenarios and plan questions. During beta, member features may be free.

Paid membership renews automatically each month or year at the price shown when you join, until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable. If we change the price, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Community rules

Pods and chats work because people feel safe. When you use them you agree to:

• Be kind and respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
• Share your own experience, not financial, tax, legal or medical advice.
• Keep what others share in your pod private.
• Not sell, recruit, promote schemes or ask for money.
• Not pretend to be someone else or share other people’s personal information.
• Not spam, scrape, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

You can report or block anyone. A person reviews every report. We may remove content, remove people from pods, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post: check-ins, messages and your profile. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the Service. We don’t sell your content.

Plan questions (AI)

“Ask about my plan” uses an AI model to explain your plan in plain language. It receives the figures from your plan, not your name or email. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important.

Our Service

We work to keep DSGNher available and accurate but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to protect members or the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, DSGNher is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from decisions you make based on estimates in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local law gives you other rights.
